JD Logistics is launching its small-goods fulfillment operations in Spain. You will lead the outbound shift on the warehouse floor, directing a large team, driving throughput, and maintaining safety and accuracy in a high-volume environment.

The role requires hands-on supervision, real-time problem solving, and strict adherence to local labor agreements. A 24/7 launch cycle calls for flexible scheduling and strong leadership in a greenfield deployment.

Formación

• Must have proven frontline leadership in a high-volume e-commerce/fulfillment center launch or peak season.
• Experience managing large teams (50+ operators) on the warehouse floor.
• Strong familiarity with WMS, pick-to-light/put-to-wall systems, and RF scanning equipment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Mandarin a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate, and direct the outbound shift operations (picking, packing, wall-sorting, staging) to ensure orders are ready for courier injection with speed and accuracy.
• Own floor accountability for an outbound zone, tracking hourly throughput and resolving bottlenecks.
• Enforce safety standards and 24/7 shift coverage through proactive coaching and cross-functional coordination.
• Ensure compliance with the Convenio Colectivo de Logística de Madrid and daily cut-off windows.
