Job summary

ESP Global Services is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join on-site in Madrid, providing hands-on troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. This is an early-career opportunity within a growing enterprise IT team.

You will support in Windows, Office 365, and networking contexts, performing basic AD tasks and LAN/WAN/VPN/Wi‑Fi troubleshooting. The role is a fixed-term, 12-month contract with daily onsite work from 9:00 to 18:00.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT infrastructure support experience.
• Proficient Spanish and English (B2 level).
• Strong Windows operating system knowledge.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 troubleshooting.
• Wireless networking knowledge.
• Basic LAN/WAN knowledge.
• Active Directory experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Provide hands-on networking hardware support.
• Troubleshoot Windows, iOS, Android OS, software installs and security updates.
• Perform Active Directory tasks.
• Resolve basic LAN/WAN/VPN/Wi‑Fi connectivity issues.
