IPC Systems is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide advanced Level 2 support for IPC employees globally, based onsite in Madrid. You will diagnose and resolve Windows, M365, and device issues, while coordinating with internal IT teams and external vendors.

The role involves deploying, imaging, and maintaining desktops and laptops, administering Intune, AD, Defender, DLP, and related technologies, and contributing to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing in a fast-paced fintech

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on Level 2 service desk/desktop support in a corporate setting.
• Advanced troubleshooting of Windows, hardware, software, and mobile devices.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, Defender, and Azure; Atlassian products support.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Level 2 escalation point for complex incidents and service requests.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows, M365, endpoint, hardware, and connectivity issues.
• Deploy and support desktops, laptops, and mobile devices; manage IT assets.
• Document incidents in ITSM and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Application Support to restore services.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and knowledge base improvements.
