Job summary

BIC World is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for Nordic countries to manage assigned accounts and maximize revenue. The role involves telemarketing, order entry-to-dispatch, quotes, and after-sales support in a hybrid setup.

Regular field visits (3–4 per year) to distributors are required to train teams, provide samples and sales materials, and ensure showroom visibility. Proficiency in Swedish and English is essential, with Office skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Languages: Swedish and English proficiency.
• Experience in customer relations is valued.
• Proficient in Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned accounts, active and inactive, and maximize sales through regular calls.
• Handle the entire order process from entry to dispatch and provide product advice.
• Perform telemarketing, recover lost customers, and acquire new customers.
• Track actions and promotions, provide quotes, manage orders, and follow up after sales.
• Conduct regular field visits (3–4 per year) to key distributors to train their teams and ensure visibility.
