This role involves developing tailored business plans in collaboration with various stakeholders, analyzing performance through data tools like Power BI, and presenting insights to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow the Home channel in Spain across four key regions (North, East, Centre and South), developing and executing tailored business plans in partnership with each Regional Director.
  • Build strong collaboration with the Channel Director and bottler (CCEP) to identify opportunities, unlock growth, and ensure seamless national execution across key peaks throughout the trading year.
  • Improve central processes and ways of working with trade marketing teams, ensuring regional activation plans align with national strategy.
  • Analyse regional and channel performance using Power BI, NielsenIQ, Excel and PowerPoint to drive data-led decisions and commercial recommendations.
  • Present regional business plans and performance updates to senior leadership, highlighting key insights, opportunities and ROI.
  • Proactively review and refine channel efficiency, forecasting accuracy and promotional effectiveness to deliver sustainable growth and value creation.
About You
  • Commercially strong Account Manager or Category Manager capable of interpreting data and turning insights into clear commercial actions.
  • Exceptional relationship builder with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Confident communicator able to present business plans persuasively to senior individuals, influencing both internal and external partners.
  • Organised and proactive operator who thrives in a structured environment with multiple regional touchpoints and seasonal peaks.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, resilient, solutions-focused and commercially astute.
