Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to deliver remote technical support and diagnose incidents for clients. The role focuses on early-care incident management, adhering to procedures and maintaining service quality across regions.

Ideal candidates have a IT/Computing degree and foundational networking certifications, with confidence in cross-cultural communication and a proactive approach to problem solving. Remote work option is available.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsibilities

Maintain the support process and ensure requests are handled per procedures.
Investigate and diagnose problems using service assurance software; collaborate with users and suppliers.
Identify and resolve problems following procedures; perform maintenance tasks as scheduled.
Monitor service delivery against SLAs and maintain relevant records.
Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolution; provide service recovery.
