Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to join our team. This is an entry-level role focused on delivering remote technical support, identifying and resolving incidents, and ensuring incidents meet SLA targets across the region.

You will work with service assurance tools, maintain configuration records, and coordinate with clients and vendors to restore services efficiently. Remote working arrangements are available across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.

Responsibilities

• Operate in region and provide remote technical support to clients.
• Identify and resolve technical incidents and problems.
• Restore service and drive incidents to resolution while meeting SLAs.
• Maintain knowledge articles and update systems and portals as required.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.
