Cornet Barcelona is hiring a Customer Care Specialist to be the warm voice for our ecommerce customers in Barcelona. This full-time role requires empathy, organization, and proactive service, handling inquiries across email, chat, calls, and social media.

You will respond in Catalan, Spanish, and English, resolve order issues, provide delivery updates, and support customers with a friendly, professional approach during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Fluent in Catalan, Spanish, and English (written and spoken).
• Proficient with MS Word, Google Docs, and email communications.

Responsibilities
