Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Barcelona on a hybrid basis. You will handle inbound contacts via telephone, email, and chat, log calls, and guide customers through the claims process.

The role requires fluent Dutch and advanced English, a customer-focused attitude, and strong problem-solving skills. You will be part of a diverse, inclusive team with full training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficient or bilingual in Dutch plus an advanced level English.
• Good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
• Customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers’ needs.
• Ability to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or escalate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming customer contacts (phone, email, chat, other alerts) and resolve users’ requests.
• Log call details onto call management systems and respond within SLA.
• Maintain up-to-date product and policy knowledge.
• Escalate potential service issues when necessary.
• Guide customers through the claims process.
• Monitor and report on customer service performance.
• Keep up to date with latest products, processes, and policy changes.
