Job summary

Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Service Representative on-site to join a global technology and services leader. You will support top brands and help customers grow through excellent service.

In this 39-hour/week full-time role, you will handle information requests, log and follow up orders, assist with post-sales needs, and capture data in the CRM. Training is provided and career development is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Proficient or bilingual in French and advanced level of Spanish.
• Excellent communication skills in a variety of customer-facing situations.
• Good team player with drive for success.
• Previous experience in similar position is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information to our customer.
• Logging and follow up of correct and valid orders or requests.
• Delivery of high caliber customer service on post-sales requisitions (logistics, warranties, refunds…).
• Capturing of all required data elements in CRM as required by client’s training, policies and procedures.
