Cross Border Talents is hiring a Customer Care Specialist to support a leading global streaming platform from Lisbon, handling Spanish and Catalan inquiries across phone, email, and digital channels. You will assist with accounts, subscriptions, billing, and tech issues, delivering empathetic, high-quality service and collaborating with internal teams as needed.

The role requires fluent Spanish and Catalan (C1/C2) and solid English (B1).

Formación

• Fluent Spanish and Catalan required (C1/C2).
• Good English communication skills (B1).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology.
• Positive, customer-focused, and professional attitude.
• Willingness to work on a rotating schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Catalan via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
