Concentrix seeks a Customer Service Representative (Onsite) in Barcelona to support our fashion industry clients. You will be part of a dynamic team delivering exceptional service in a fast-growing global company.

In this role you will handle calls via the CRM portal, create quotations and orders through SAP, provide product guidance, and deliver first-level technical assistance to identify customer needs. A strong, customer-oriented mindset is essential.

Competenze

• Fluent in French with advanced Spanish and English proficiency.
• High school diploma required; business or customer service background helpful.
• Experience in contact centre environments is valuable.

Mansioni

• Handle calls through CRM agent portal.
• Create quotations and orders via SAP system.
• Expedite and communicate delivery times to customers.
• Provide basic product advice based on catalogue knowledge.
• Provide first level technical assistance to identify customer needs.
• Call back customers and manage leads.
• Other duties as assigned.
