Job summary

Radiometer, part of Danaher, is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales across the Northern territory including Basque Country, Cantabria, Navarra, La Rioja and Aragón. You will build strong customer relationships and expand our diagnostics offerings with a results-driven approach.

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and collaborate with the Commercial Team to develop territory plans, present new products, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in a dynamic, global health

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Business or related fields.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in the medical diagnostics industry.
• Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills, high attention to detail and self-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, providing support to customers in line with territory business development plans which will be measured by territory budgets and KPI's.
• Actively identify, pursue and develop new and existing accounts in the territory.
• Plan and schedule face-to-face account calls to current and potential end-users of Radiometer products throughout the assigned sales territory.
• Introduce new products and programs. Provide feedback to sales and marketing management on market acceptance.
• Maintain and manage existing Radiometer customer relationships, promote the Radiometer brand, proactively seek out opportunities for service delivery, improvement.
