Job summary

Radiometer Spain is seeking an Account Manager to lead sales in the Northern region (Basque Country, Cantabria, Navarra, La Rioja and Aragón). You will build strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with the regional sales manager to drive revenue and market share in a fast-paced diagnostics environment.

You will plan face-to-face meetings, introduce new Radiometer products, and provide market feedback to marketing.

Qualifications

3–5 years of sales experience in the medical diagnostics industry.
Bachelor's degree in Science, Business or related areas.

Responsibilities

Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, providing support to customers in line with territory business development plans which will be measured by territory budgets and KPI’s.
Actively identify, pursue and develop new and existing accounts in the territory.
Plan and schedule face-to-face account calls to current and potential end-users of Radiometer products throughout the assigned sales territory.
Introduce new products and programs. Provide feedback to sales and marketing management on market acceptance.
Maintain and manage existing Radiometer customer relationships, promote the Radiometer brand, proactively seek out opportunities for service delivery, improvement.
