Coverflex is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to own the full marketing engine in Spain. You will drive campaigns, SEO, content, events, social and PR, reporting to the Head of Marketing Spain.

You will lead a junior team member, operate with autonomy, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across borders to build brand presence and deliver measurable growth in a fast‑growing Spain market.

Formación

• When applying, demonstrate ownership of a full marketing workstream including campaigns, SEO, events, content, social and PR.
• Fluent in Spanish and English for copy, presentations, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience mentoring at least one junior team member and driving autonomous work.
• Familiar with CMS tools (Webflow or equivalent) and publishing content without heavy developer support.
• Minimum 5 years in marketing management, ideally in B2B SaaS.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full marketing engine in Spain, including campaigns, SEO, content, events, social and PR.
• Plan, execute and measure initiatives to hit quarterly targets and KPIs.
• Lead a junior team member and collaborate with cross‑functional partners across borders.
• Partner with global marketing peers and report on outcomes and learnings.
