BlaBlaCar is seeking a Marketing Manager Iberia to lead growth in Spain and Portugal from Madrid. You will design and execute scalable marketing strategies, align local insights with central Growth resources, and drive user acquisition and retention across the Iberian market.

The role requires a strong data mindset, hands-on ownership, and ability to work across central and local teams while shaping product direction and local messaging.

Formación

• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and proactive approach.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytical skills.
• Excellent copywriting and communication abilities.
• Fluent Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Translate regional business goals into actionable marketing roadmaps and allocate channels.
• Design, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across Spain and Portugal with central Growth team support.
• Manage marketing initiatives end-to-end with budget adherence and ROI focus.
• Monitor and report on key marketing KPIs and measurement processes.
