Coverflex is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to own the full marketing engine in Spain—campaigns, SEO, content, events, social, and PR. You’ll work with the Head of Marketing to scale presence and drive inbound, partnerships, and brand activations across the Spanish market while maintaining a hands‑on, strategic approach.

You are a strategic doer who can lead a small team, mentor a junior, and publish content in Spanish and English, with deep experience in B2B SaaS marketing.

Formación

• Own a full marketing workstream including campaigns, SEO, events, content, social, and PR.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; able to draft and deliver presentations bilingually.
• Managed or mentored at least one junior team member with clear direction.
• Can navigate Webflow or equivalent CMS and publish content independently.
• 5+ years in marketing management, ideally in B2B SaaS.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full marketing engine for Spain, driving campaigns, SEO, content, events, social, and PR.
• Deliver a quarterly marketing calendar and ensure on‑time execution across channels.
• Establish and optimize SEO/content pipelines with monthly targets.
• Grow inbound MQLs in Spain and spearhead brand activations and PR.
• Lead a small team and collaborate cross‑functionally with regional and global teams.
