Job summary

Joybuy is seeking an experienced Marketing Leader to drive Spain’s local marketing strategy, translating the European vision into initiatives that resonate with Spanish consumers and fuel brand and business growth.

You will own campaigns across channels, work closely with regional and global teams, and lead a growing local marketing team in a fast-paced, cross‑border environment. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading marketing in e‑commerce or consumer brands.
• Hands‑on experience across multiple marketing channels (Brand, Performance, CRM, Content).
• Fluent in Spanish and English and able to operate in a cross‑border, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the local marketing strategy for Spain, aligning with European goals.
• Lead integrated campaigns across channels including brand, performance, CRM and content.
• Analyse consumer trends and competitive landscape to adapt local plans.
• Monitor KPIs, ROI and optimize budgets and channel mix.
• Develop relationships with partners, media and industry stakeholders in Spain.
• Lead and grow the local marketing team, nurturing capabilities as the business expands.
• Collaborate with European and global teams to ensure alignment with Joybuy strategy.
