Joko is expanding its international presence and seeks a Marketing Manager, Spain, to lead local brand and performance marketing. You will own Spain-centered campaigns, adapt global assets to local culture, and manage CRM journeys from acquisition to retention.

Based in Barcelona or Madrid, you will collaborate with central teams and local partners to drive growth, insights, and impact across channels while leveraging AI tools to enhance localization and creative output.

Formación

• Degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent track record.
• 5+ years of consumer marketing experience, ideally tech/e-commerce/retail.
• Spanish market knowledge and fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Localize marketing for Spain, adapting campaigns, messaging, assets, and workflows.
• Plan and execute Spain-specific campaigns with local calendar and central support.
• Own Spanish user lifecycle, CRM journeys, and activation/retention flows.
• Turn Spanish consumer insights into actionable product and marketing decisions with cross-functional partners.
• Build lightweight processes for collaboration across Spain, central teams and partners.
• Measure campaigns and lifecycle performance, run A/B tests, and translate results into actionable recommendations.
