Our cutting-edge solutions are transforming industries such as automotive, structural health monitoring, infrastructure, robotics, energy, security, and railway transportation by providing unparalleled precision in vibration measurement and 3D imaging. We are expanding our team with a proactive and creative Marketing & Communications Coordinator eager to contribute to our international growth and brand recognition. As the Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy, managing internal and external communications, and coordinating our presence at prominent industry events. Your work will directly contribute to the visibility of our advanced technologies and strengthen our market position.

Manage and regularly update our website, optimizing for user experience and SEO.

Oversee content creation and scheduling across social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) and digital channels.

Develop engaging digital content, including articles, newsletters, case studies, and technical posts.

Monitor and analyze digital metrics using tools like Google Analytics and report insights to management.

Coordinate internal communications (newsletters, company updates) fostering a positive brand culture.

Maintain consistent branding across all company materials and platforms.

Plan, organize, and support Ommatidia LiDAR's participation in international trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, and webinars.

Follow up on event leads, assisting sales teams with CRM updates and outreach campaigns.

Create and update promotional materials (brochures, technical sheets, presentations, and videos).

Maintain an organized marketing asset library accessible to internal stakeholders.

Assist in generating targeted digital marketing campaigns and managing leads in coordination with the sales team.

Engage with relevant online communities, forums, and professional networks to enhance brand visibility.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. 3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing, communications, or events coordination.

Required Skills
  • Strong proficiency in digital tools: WordPress, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, CRM systems, and graphic design software (Adobe Suite, Canva).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish and other European languages a strong plus).
