• Fluent in English and Spanish; French language will be valued.
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.

• Process data onto the systems accurately and timely to meet service standards.
• Handle policy maintenance and data recording for domestic and multinational programmes.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Operations and Finance teams to ensure high-quality service.
