AXA XL in Madrid seeks a Multinational Client Service Specialist to manage end-to-end policy lifecycle for global clients. You will work with underwriters, brokers, and AXA XL offices to ensure timely, accurate processing of documents, invoices, and premium flows.

You’ll build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to process improvements using data and technology tools.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish and English (B2-C1 CEFR) with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in administrative and/or customer-facing roles in complex organizations.
• Effective relationship management with internal clients, vendors and brokers.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, brokers, and other external parties, ensuring clear and professional communication about the status of insurance contracts (including documents issuance, bookings, outstanding premiums, and instructions to network partners).
• Collaborate with underwriters and AXA XL offices worldwide to guarantee timely and accurate account handling.
• Verify and review policy documents, invoices, and premiums, maintaining data accuracy and data quality within our systems.
• Manage and monitor premium flows and related transactions across clients, brokers, co-insurers, and reinsurers to ensure smooth processes.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing structured feedback and supporting workflows optimization and technology tools development.
