Chubb Spain is seeking an Underwriting Operations Technician – Online (French speaking) based in Madrid. You will oversee AI-assisted processing for Iberian SME portfolios across Financial Lines, Casualty, Cyber, and Marine, ensuring accuracy and compliance within SLAs.

Role blends automation governance with professional underwriting judgment, focusing on exception handling, audit trails, and continuous model improvement. Requires English and French, plus insurance ops experience.

Qualifikationen

• Business-level English and French is essential.
• Experience in an insurance or financial operations role.
• Curious about automation and able to challenge outputs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to justify human decisions.
• Proactive learning and SME product knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with insurance platforms preferred.

Aufgaben

• Monitor AI-assisted processing queues and triage exceptions within SLAs.
• Validate AI-extracted data against source documents for accuracy.
• Apply underwriting expertise to edge cases and document rationale.
• Identify patterns in AI outputs and flag model gaps to leadership.
• Submit corrections to AI workflows to improve future processing.
• Maintain system configuration, mappings, and references for STP.
• Collaborate with tech and operations to refine automation rules.
• Participate in testing AI workflow changes before deployment.
• Produce SOX and compliance reporting from system data.
• Manage broker network setup, access, and escalated queries.
