AXA XL in Madrid is seeking a Multinational Client Service Specialist to manage the end-to-end policy lifecycle for clients worldwide. You will be the primary contact for clients, brokers, and external partners, ensuring timely communication and accurate handling of documents, bookings, and premiums.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish and English (B2 - C1 CEFR)
• Experience in administrative or customer-facing roles in complex organizations is preferred
• Experience in Insurance sector is a plus
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines

Responsabilidades

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, brokers, and external parties; communicate status of insurance contracts including documents, bookings, premiums, and instructions to network partners
• Collaborate with underwriters and AXA XL offices to ensure timely, accurate account handling
• Verify and review policy documents, invoices, and premiums, maintaining data accuracy in systems
• Monitor premium flows and related transactions across clients, brokers, co-insurers, and reinsurers
• Contribute to process improvements and support workflows optimization and technology tool development
