The Cigna Group is seeking an Operational Representative in Madrid to join the Life & Protection Solutions team. You will process incoming claims, serve as the first contact for clients and policyholders, and manage reporting data to internal and external parties.

Successful candidates will be fluent in English and French, possess a relevant degree, and demonstrate strong numerical and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Good numerical aptitude and strong communication skills.
• Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with non-medical claims (life/travel insurance) is a bonus.
• Eagerness to learn, adaptable, customer-focused and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; office software proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Process incoming insurance claims (travel, life, long term care, temporary working incapacity).
• Be the first point of contact for clients and policyholders.
• Manage data reporting to internal and external parties.
• Answer policy questions by email/phone in multiple languages.
