Pluxee in Madrid, Spain, is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive pipeline in a fast-growing SaaS/FinTech environment focused on employee benefits.

You will reach out to potential clients via calls and emails, qualify prospects, book meetings for Account Executives, and keep the CRM up to date. We value proactive, coachable individuals who thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented setting and are fluent in Spanish with English a plus.

Formación

• Experience in outbound prospecting and qualification.
• Familiarity with CRM-driven sales processes.
• Fluency in Spanish; English a plus for international collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, Eurostaffs, and other channels.
• Generate interest, qualify prospects, and book meetings for our Account Executives.
• Consistently achieve activity targets to generate a healthy pipeline for the Account Executive team.
• Keep our CRM updated with accurate information.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve campaigns and outreach.
• Stay up to date on market trends and best practices to continuously improve outreach techniques.
