MER MEC, Inc. is seeking a Service Account Engineer and Field Operations Coordinator to drive on-site execution of a Spain-wide project portfolio.

You will lead a cross-functional team of technicians and subcontractors, schedule activities, and ensure contractual KPIs are met while maintaining close customer relationships. Based in Madrid with up to 30% travel, you will collaborate with the Italian service team for training and coordination, provide technical advisory, and support continuous

Formación

• Strong technical background in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 6 years of experience in similar roles in electronics, automotive, railway, or oil & gas.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English (mandatory).
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within Spain.
• Based in Madrid or willing to relocate.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve targets and meet contract deadlines.
• Coordinate and schedule the team and on-site activities, including logistics.
• Plan and monitor all activities required for contract execution.
• Interact with the Italian team during warranty and commissioning phases.
• Act as the on-site customer point of contact throughout the project.
• Provide technical advisory support to customers.
• Manage field spare parts and tools with the coordinated team.
• Propose product and process improvements with a 360-degree perspective.
• Support team training and professional development and monitor performance.
