MERMEC, Inc. is seeking a Service Account Engineer and Field Operations Coordinator to drive project execution in Spain. You will lead on-site activities, coordinate technicians and subcontractors, and ensure contractual KPIs are met.

The role requires night shifts and weekend availability, plus up to 30% travel across the country. You will liaise with the Italian team for training and alignment, while focusing on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Requires an engineering background with hands-on technical experience.
• Fluent Spanish and English; strong communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel within Spain and work nights/weekends as needed.
• Ability to lead and coordinate technicians and subcontractors.
• Desire to learn MERMEC systems and internal processes.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve targets and meet contract deadlines.
• Coordinate and schedule the team and on-site activities.
• Plan and monitor activities required for contract execution.
• Interact with the Italian team during warranty and commissioning.
• Act as on-site customer point of contact.
• Provide technical advisory support to customers.
• Manage field spare parts and tools through the team.
• Suggest product and process improvements with a 360-degree view.
• Support team training and professional development.
• Monitor team performance.
