Mermec is seeking a Service Account Engineer and Field Operations Coordinator in Madrid to drive operational and maintenance KPIs across Spain. The role demands proactive leadership on-site within a start-up setup, coordinating engineers and subcontractors and collaborating with the Italian team for training and coordination.

Formación

• 6+ years in service/account/field operations roles in electronics/automotive/railway/oil & gas.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve targets and meet contract deadlines.
• Coordinate and schedule the team and on-site activities, including logistical aspects.
• Plan and monitor all activities required for contract execution.
• Interact with the Italian team during warranty and commissioning phases.
• Act as the on-site customer point of contact throughout the project duration.
• Provide technical advisory support to customers.
• Manage and control field spare parts and tools through the team.
• Propose product and process improvements with a 360-degree perspective.
• Support team training and professional development.
• Manage and monitor team performance.
