Formación

• Strong technical background in electronics, computer science, IT, or mechanical engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in similar roles in electronics, automotive, railway, or oil & gas.
• Fluent Spanish and English, with strong communication skills.
• Leadership and team-management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve targets and meet contract deadlines.
• Coordinate and schedule the team and on-site activities, including logistics.
• Plan and monitor all activities required for contract execution.
• Interact with the Italian team during warranty and commissioning phases.
• Act as on-site customer point of contact throughout the project.
• Provide technical advisory support to customers.
• Manage field spare parts and tools through the team.
• Propose product and process improvements with a 360-degree view.
• Support team training and professional development.
• Monitor team performance.
