MERMEC, Inc. is seeking a Service Account Engineer and Field Operations Coordinator based in Madrid, Spain. The role involves leading a newly formed team, coordinating on-site activities, and ensuring project execution aligns with contract requirements.

The candidate should have a strong technical background, at least 6 years in relevant industries, and be fluent in Spanish and English. Willingness to travel within Spain and work night shifts/weekends is expected.

Formación

• Strong technical background in Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English (mandatory).
• Willingness to travel within the country and work in shifts as needed.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a team of technicians and subcontractors.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve targets and meet contract deadlines.
• Coordinate and schedule the team and on-site activities, including logistical aspects.
• Plan and monitor all activities required for contract execution.
• Interact with the Italian team during warranty and commissioning phases.
• Act as the on-site customer point of contact throughout the project duration.
• Provide technical advisory support to customers.
• Manage and control field spare parts and tools.
• Propose product and process improvements with a 360-degree perspective.
• Support team training and professional development.
• Manage and monitor team performance.
