Un banco de inversión destacado busca un M&A Senior Analyst o Junior Associate para unirse a su equipo en Madrid. Las responsabilidades incluyen desarrollo de modelos financieros, preparación de presentaciones y apoyo en negociaciones. Los candidatos deben tener entre 2 y 4 años de experiencia relevante en M&A o Finanzas Corporativas, así como habilidades avanzadas en inglés y español. Se valorará el dominio del chino. El contrato es permanente y a tiempo completo.

Formación

  • 2-4 años de experiencia en M&A o Finanzas Corporativas.
  • Altas habilidades en modelado y conocimientos en finanzas.
  • Dominio del inglés y español, tanto hablado como escrito.
  • Experiencia en entornos de alta demanda en procesos de M&A.

Responsabilidades

  • Trabajar en el equipo de M&A generando nuevos negocios.
  • Preparar materiales de presentación de alta calidad para transacciones.
  • Realizar investigaciones y análisis en apoyo a la generación de negocios.

Responsibilities

The candidate will work on the M&A Team and will be involved in new business generation, as well as live deal execution. Exposure by supporting the senior bankers in client meetings, deal negotiations, valuation, transaction structuring.

  • Development of financial models and valuation analysis
  • Preparation of high-quality presentation materials for teasers, information memorandum and other transaction‑related marketing documents, both in English and Spanish
  • Performing research and various analyses in support of new business generation
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of related experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Valuation or Transaction Advisory Services
  • High level in modelling skills, accounting and finance knowledge
  • Strong linguistic skills in English and Spanish (both spoken and written)
  • Advanced skills in Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Bloomberg / Capital IQ / Orbis / Mergermarket
  • Used to work in highly demanding environments with rich experience in M&A processes dealing with clients and third‑party advisors, and should have a dynamic mindset, proactivity and high self‑motivation
  • Candidates with bilingual proficiency in Chinese will be highly valued
