Grand Hyatt Barcelona is seeking a Conference Concierge to serve as the on-site contact for meeting planners and event organizers, coordinating with Banquets, Kitchen, Stewarding, Housekeeping, Engineering, AV, and other departments to ensure flawless events from start to finish.

You will review spaces, manage setups and changes, and respond to client requests with professionalism and a proactive attitude. A hospitality mindset, strong communication, and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, events, banqueting, meetings or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Fluent Spanish and English required; additional languages valued.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay calm in a dynamic environment.
• Legal authorization to work in Spain is required.

Responsabilités

• Act as the main on-site contact for meeting planners and conference delegates.
• Coordinate event operations with Banquets, Kitchen, Stewarding, Housekeeping, Engineering, AV and other departments.
• Review event spaces to ensure they meet client requirements and Hyatt standards.
• Monitor event setup, service and breakdown for smooth operations.
• Respond promptly to client requests and last-minute changes.
• Coordinate signage, materials, room arrangements and other logistics.
• Maintain event information and communicate updates across teams.
• Anticipate client/guest needs and provide proactive solutions.
• Build positive relationships with clients and contribute to satisfaction.
• Represent Grand Hyatt Barcelona with professionalism and warmth.
