Grand Hyatt Barcelona is seeking motivated students for the Events Internship Program. You will assist the Events team, help prepare proposals, coordinate site inspections, and support the full cycle of luxury event coordination in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role emphasizes client communication, documentation, cross‑department collaboration, and hands-on event execution with mentorship and Hyatt learning resources.

Formación

• Student of Hospitality, Tourism, Events Management, or Business able to sign an internship agreement.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Available for a minimum of 5 months.
• Eligible for internships in Spain/EU.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Events team with client enquiries, proposals, and confirmations.
• Create/proof BEOs and coordinate internal communications.
• Participate in client site inspections and event execution.
• Support planning and execution of corporate, social, and MICE events.
• Collaborate with related departments to meet event requirements.
• Maintain event files, calendars, and CRM records.
