Job summary

Grand Hyatt Barcelona is seeking a passionate Guest Services Officer - Groups to join the Front Office team. You will coordinate group accommodation operations, manage rooming lists, and serve as the main Front Office contact for group stays, ensuring seamless arrivals and departures.

This is an operational full-time role (40 hours/week) on a permanent contract. You will collaborate with Events, Housekeeping, Reservations, and Front Office to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office, Guest Services, Groups & Events, Reservations, or hotel operations is required.
• Excellent guest service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all group accommodation operations from arrival to departure.
• Manage rooming lists and changes accurately and efficiently.
• Act as the main Front Office point of contact for group accommodation operations.
• Ensure smooth group arrivals, departures, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Collaborate with Event Planners and other departments to meet guest requirements.
