Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to support a leading streaming platform from Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for Spanish and Galician speaking customers, handling account, billing, and technical inquiries with a focus on a seamless service experience.

The role requires fluent Spanish & Galician (C1/C2) and good English (B1). It offers a 12-month contract, 40-hour weeks on a rotating schedule, and benefits including health insurance and language classes.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish & Galician (C1/C2).
• Good English communication skills (B1).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscriptions, billing, and technical inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
