You will be the first point of contact for account-related questions, subscriptions, payments, and technical issues, delivering friendly and professional service.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and Galician (C1/C2) and good English (B1). It offers a 12-month contract, full-time (40 hours/week) with 8-hour shifts on a rotating

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and Galician (C1/C2).

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Spanish and Galician via phone, email and digital channels.
