Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking Customer Care Specialists fluent in Spanish and Galician to join an international streaming platform team. You’ll handle account, billing, and technical inquiries across phone, email, and digital channels, providing empathetic, high-quality support on a 40-hour weekly schedule.

Eligible candidates must be able to work in Portugal and reside or relocate to Lisbon.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish & Galician (C1/C2)
• Good English communication skills (B1)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology.
• A positive, customer-focused, and professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Galician via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
