Cross Border Talents is hiring Customer Care Specialists to support a global streaming platform from Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for Spanish and Galician speakers, handling account questions, subscriptions, billing, and technical issues with empathy and professionalism.

This full-time role offers a 12-month initial contract, 40-hour weeks with 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish & Galician (C1/C2 level).
• Good English communication skills (B1 level).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Galician via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
