Cross Border Talents is seeking Customer Care Specialists to support a leading global streaming platform from Lisbon. You will handle account questions, subscriptions, payments, and technical issues while delivering a friendly, professional experience.

Requirements include fluent Spanish and Catalan (C1/C2) and good English (B1). The role involves 40-hour weeks with rotating shifts and a 12-month initial contract, with potential renewal and flight/accommodation options.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish and Catalan at C1/C2 level.
• Good English communication skills (B1).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology.
• Flexible to work on a rotating schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Catalan via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
