You will handle Spanish and Galician inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels, manage accounts, billing, and technical questions, and work with a rotating schedule.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and Galician (C1/C2)
• Good English communication skills (B1)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Galician via phone, email, and digital channels.
