Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to support customers of a leading global streaming platform. You will be the first point of contact for account questions, subscriptions, payments, and technical issues, delivering a friendly and professional experience.

The role requires fluent Spanish & Galician (C1/C2) and good English (B1). Full-time, 40 hours per week, with a rotating shift and flight ticket reimbursement.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish & Galician (C1/C2 level).
• Good English communication skills (B1 level).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Galician via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
