Tavrion Dynamics seeks a Customer Care Specialist to join our international team in Lisbon, supporting Spanish and Catalan-speaking customers for a leading streaming platform. The role involves handling accounts, subscriptions, payments, and technical queries across phone, email, and digital channels, with rotating 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and Catalan (C1/C2 level).
• Good English communication (B1).
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with digital platforms and technology.
• Customer-focused and professional attitude.
• Able to work rotating shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Catalan via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
