Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks Customer Care Specialists fluent in Spanish and Catalan to support a leading streaming platform. You’ll handle account, subscription, payments, and technical inquiries through phone, email, and digital channels.

We offer a 12-month initial contract, full-time 40 hours/week, 8-hour rotating shifts, flight ticket reimbursement, comprehensive health insurance, and free Portuguese language classes, with a company accommodation option.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and Catalan (C1/C2).
• Good English communication skills (B1).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable with digital platforms and technology.
• Positive, customer-focused, and professional attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish and Catalan via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
