Tavrion Dynamics is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to support a leading global streaming platform from Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for Spanish and Catalan speaking customers, handling accounts, subscriptions, payments and technical queries with empathy and professionalism.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and Catalan (C1/C2) and good English (B1), with a flexible rotating schedule and a 40-hour work week. Company accommodation and health benefits are offered.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and Catalan (C1/C2).
• Good English communication skills (B1).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable with digital platforms and technology.
• Positive, customer-focused and professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work on rotating schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish and Catalan via phone, email and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
• Handle concerns professionally with empathy.
• Ensure high-quality customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams when escalation is needed.
