Job summary

Tavrion Dynamics is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our international team in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing account questions, subscriptions, payments, and technical issues with a friendly, professional touch.

You must be eligible to work in Portugal and be able to work in Lisbon. The role requires 40 hours per week, 8-hour rotating shifts, and offers health insurance, language classes, and flight reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish & Catalan (C1/C2 level).
• Good English communication skills (B1 level).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology.
• A positive, customer-focused, and professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Catalan via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
