Tavrion Dynamics is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to support our international team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will handle Spanish and Catalan inquiries, assist with accounts, subscriptions, payments, and technical issues, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience for customers.

This 12-month contract is full-time (40 hours/week) with rotating shifts. Accommodation options, flight reimbursement, and comprehensive health insurance are offered to support your relocation.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish & Catalan (C1/C2 level).
• Good English communication skills (B1 level).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology.
• A positive, customer-focused, and professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Catalan via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
