Tavrion Dynamics in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking Customer Care Specialists to support Spanish and Galician-speaking customers for a 12-month, full-time contract. You will handle account inquiries, subscriptions, billing and technical questions across multiple channels in a dynamic, international team.

Candidate should be fluent in Spanish and Galician with good English, show empathy, and work on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and Galician (C1/C2).
• Good English communication skills (B1).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Galician via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure interactions deliver high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
