A leading technology firm based in Barcelona is seeking a Key Account Manager RFID to work with top apparel retailers. You will analyze customer business problems and provide tailored RFID solutions. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Computer Science and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Formación

  • 5+ years of experience with minimum of 2 years of experience in software or RFID technical sales.
  • Development/deployment experience in a Software Company is preferred.
  • Experience in logistics and global experience is desirable.

We are conducting a search for a Key Account Manager RFID, she/he will work closely with Sales Directors and Business Development Managers in selling Checkpoint’s Retail RFID Solutions. She/He will be in charge of the sales and relationship with the mayor Apparel Spanish retailers.

RFID Sales Specialist is the responsible for leading and understanding a prospective customer’s business problems, mapping these to Checkpoint’s RFID solutions, and proposing effective solutions.

Your primary roles will be the following:

  • Work with customers to understand their business problems, scope and priorities, analyse their customer requirements and determine technical feasibility of Checkpoint RFID solution to be proposed.
  • Collaborate with the hardware, labels and software teams to create customer proposals/Statement of Work for these solutions.
  • Conduct solution workshops with the customers to develop detailed requirements and implementation roadmap.
  • Present to the customers and support the sales team in presenting the overall solution, creating demos in demonstrating the solution to the customer and supporting Proof-of-Concepts.
  • Define high-level integration interfaces between Checkpoint’s products and customer’s IT systems.
  • Provide technical support to the sales team in responding to RFIs / RFPs.
  • Assist sales in collating 3rd party requirements & pricing from partners.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent degree is required.
  • Highly evaluate: 5+ years of experience with minimum of 2 years of experience in software or RFID technical sales. Development/deployment experience in a Software Company is preferred.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Experience with RFID and other IoT technologies.
  • Strong understanding of online software (SaaS) services and technology.
  • Experience interfacing with and setting up software and hardware.
  • Ability to develop a broad awareness of the client's technical architecture and emerging technologies, with enough knowledge to determine what is and is not possible.
  • Knowledgeable about server and network security
  • Knowledge of retail industry required.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Experience in logistics and global experience is desirable.
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Excellent communicator and presenter in client-facing environments.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements.
  • Knowledge of strategic, conceptual, consultative selling.
  • Hands-on technical problem-solving skills.
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging systems.
  • Willing to travel 30-40%.
