Responsibilities

• Perform defined maintenance tasks and update knowledge articles.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and log relevant information.
• Prioritize and diagnose incidents per procedures; escalate when needed.
• Investigate root causes and apply preventative measures.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors to expedite resolution.
